A very basic book about the Star Trek universe. Just basic information from all the episodes from the different series. I was hoping for a more detailed approach. The book isn't bad, by any means. It is laid out well and looks nice. If it was someone who is a casual Star Trek fan, this would be a good book. A hardcore fan won't find any use for this book.
This tells the story of Star Trek. It's great to keep on the coffee table for conversation. Even better to break it out when watching one of the series or movies to look something up!
A fabulous book. My son (for whom I purchased the book) loves the great background it provides for all things Star Trek related. It offers a comprehensive background to the Star Trek universe including detailed biographies on all major characters, ships, and locations. Highly recommended for any 'Trekkie'!
DK has done it again with this book!If you're a fan and was wondering about certain things in the Trek Universe this will help you learn a bit more on various parts of the series and movies.
I bought this for my husband's Valentine's gift. He's been "out of this world" over the past year in taking care of me after a serious accident. He LOVES this book. We're both Trekkies so I'm waiting for him to finish it so I can enjoy it, too.
Star Trek fans will either learn a little more or be reminded of things they have forgotten. A must have for all Trekkies and Trekkers!
