Good booklet

A great summary for anyone who already has a long non-fiction reading list. Although Matthew Dixon and Brent Adamson’s research seems like it will be thorough, this summary left me with a lot to think about and take away. I spent less than half an hour reading this on my lunch break and had some insights to take back into my role. Working in a support department I saw areas where I could better help the sales team. Using tactics to change the focus of a sale, and devote time into developing the mindset of our consumer is something we will definitely put into our daily activities.While I’m sure I will pick up a copy of the Challenger Sale, this summary sold me. I can clearly see the value of adding this non-fiction book to my list before the end of the year. The summary wasn’t in the greatest order, but for less than five dollars I see the value in evaluating this before adding a physical copy of The Challenger Sale to my collection.
